The works comprised the construction of a new sports facility that included changing rooms, classrooms and  a clubhouse. The works entailed pre-cast and augered pile foundations and ground beams, composite masonry and steel frame, timber and metal clad envelope with profiled metal, asphalt and single ply membrane roofs and internal fit-out.
