The construction of a new Training facility for the Youth Academy. The project was carried out in three phases to allow continued operation. The building comprised pad and strip foundations, steel frame with terracotta and patinated metal rainscreen cladding together with green roof. Internal spaces included changing facilities, offices, classrooms, café and Kitchen. The final phase included the formation of football pitches complete with extensive external car parking and landscaping.
