This challenging project was to construct an additional floor over an existing Prep school whilst allowing it to remain operational at all times. The works were carried out in phases, the initial phase was the installation of an exoskeleton frame and the creation of a 2nd floor classrooms etc. and a third floor roof playground. The subsequent phases included the complete refurbishment of the ground and 1st floors including external cladding together with external landscaping.
