The construction of a new Sports Pavilion comprising changing and refreshment facilities with glazed conservatory terrace.

The construction of the changing rooms included load bearing masonry walls, concrete deck with green roof over. The refreshment area included a glulam frame with zinc roof over. The building was constructed with renewables in mind and included ground source heating via boreholes and electrical power via PV’s. The project received a “Green Apple” award.
