The works comprised the refurbishment of Unit 4, an existing 40,000 fs warehouse and the construction of Unit 5. The works to unit 4 included the removal of the existing roofing and cladding and their replacement together with the internal refurbishment inc. creating new office accommodation and services. Unit 5 was the construction of a new 10,000 fs. steel framed Warehouse unit on piled foundations with polished concrete slab.
